Brian Hughes at
Again With The Comics has been revisiting Krypto The Superdog and The SPCA (Space Canine Patrol Agents) this week, and it brought to mind this one-shot story from
Superboy #65 (June 1958). I admit that I have always been drawn to the silliest aspects of comic book lore, and when it comes to silly, nothing beats anthropomorphic super -hero animals, whether played for laughs or relatively straight. Take a gander at this extremely odd story, written by Jerry Coleman and drawn by John Sikela.
